All our floor lamps, desk lamps, chandeliers and pendant lights are covered for 14 days from the day the item is delivered to our customers. Whether the item is faulty, the customer has changed their mind or the item does not work, we will accept the returns and will be either be able to replace, exchange or refund the item. The outcome would depend on what the customer wants. We will pay the returns courier, if the item is faulty. Incase if the customer does not like the product and still wants to return, then they will have to dispatch the items to our warehouse address.
Generally, we do charge a shipping or a restocking fee for our items, but if the items are big and heavy (Example a Sofa) we may levy a 10% restocking fee and the courier has to be paid by the buyer. If the item is faulty or has crack or damage marks, then we accept the returns straight away. The customer must inspect the item before taking the delivery of their item and must report any damage they notice to the delivery team straightaway.
