Can I return a product that I had ordered?
Yes sure, you can return an item within 14 days from the day the item was delivered to you.
Can I return a product that was damaged when I received?
We inspect each and every item before dispatching and take extra care in packaging them. However, it’s possible that at times the products can get damaged in transit. Please make sure that you inspect the product before you sign the courier confirmation receipt. If the product is faulty please bring it to the attention of the delivery courier straightaway and Contact Us immediately.
We generally replace the product or send a replacement part.

Generally, we pay straight away once we receive and inspect the returned product. The money will go back to the original payment method.
